🎶 Forte Prep High School's Fall Fundraiser 2025 🎶
As we approach another school year, we're excited to spotlight a pivotal initiative that strikes a chord with our mission at Forte Prep—bolstering our flourishing Arts department! The band program is nearing full concert band instrumentation, the visual art program is entering its 2nd year, and we're welcoming a new choir and theatre teacher, Brandon Boulton!
🎵 The Vision: The Arts at Forte Prep aren't just electives; they're a transformative journey that shapes creativity, discipline, and a sense of community. They are a central pillar of our school. Each of our high school students takes an Arts class every year, and this year, we're determined to elevate their musical experience to new heights.
💡 The Challenge: Our band program has seen incredible growth in interest and student abilities; and while we're proud and thrilled, this growth brings the need for better resources. To truly provide our students with a concert band experience to rival any in the city, a complete instrumentation is required. This year, we're hoping to add French horns, a tuba, a xylophone, and more. In the same vein, the theatre students helping to found our debuting theatre program deserve the full theatre experience, including musicals and plays. To ensure our performers are seen and heard clearly, we're seeking to invest in audio and light equipment.
🌟 The Mission: This month, we’re launching a campaign to raise funds for these essential instruments and equipment. We're not just purchasing gear—we're investing in our students' futures, fostering a deeper engagement with the arts, and building a more vibrant school culture.
