Help us Build the Future: The New Forte Prep High School
Together, we can create the high school that our students deserve
Forte Prep's new High School will be opening for the 2026-27 school year!
Forte Preparatory Academy is building something historic in Queens: a brand-new, state-of-the-art high school campus designed to serve hundreds of students from traditionally underserved communities.
Opening for the 2026-27 school year, this new facility will give students the safe, inspiring, and fully equipped learning environment they deserve
Our new 60,000-square-foot, six-story high school will include over 25 classrooms, a full gym, science labs, music and art studios, a college and career center, and more.
Fortunately, construction of the building is fully funded through our development partners. But the building itself is just the start—we need your support to turn this space into a school.
To open the new campus by August 2026, we must raise private funding to cover the essential startup costs: classroom furniture, science and art equipment, library shelves, technology, safety systems, and even a rooftop turf field.
Together, we can make sure the new Forte Prep High School reflects the strength, creativity, and determination of the students who will fill it.
Why Now?
- Construction is almost complete! The exterior scaffolding is down and our maplewood gymnasium/court floor is in! The science lab and art studio sinks are plumbed, and in the spring our fully lit school logo will be installed on one of the tallest new buildings in our neighborhood: Forte Preparatory Academy’s new High School on Queens Boulevard!
- We must be move-in ready by August 2026—and that means ordering furniture, tech, and equipment as soon as possible!
- Every dollar raised now helps us stay on schedule—and open our doors without compromise.
Help us build a school that matches our students' ambition and potential.
